Within 48 hours of your checkout for onhold messaging and on hold messaging systems, we'll call you to talk about your company in a "scripting interview". Would you rather work over the internet? No problem. We'll send an online questionnaire, and correspond with us over email if you like..

Projects don't get stalled around here. Your project manager will call you within 48 hours of your order. You'll approve the project at these milestones:

Script Writing

Our productions are put together with six to nine paragraphs within about six minutes of music. See a video of how it goes together here. Our project manager will call you, listen to your ideas, write the script, and you'll approve it over email. If we work together, it takes just a few days to get a completed production to you.

Production voicing

Forget the silly music and canned voices. Voiceovers are an art form like singing. Select the music and voice, then we'll go to work. You'll approve the production before it's shipped out. 90% of our productions are read by our regular voiceover artists that work here. (There are other options, but they live elsewhere and are contracted for one project at a time. Expect to pay $100 to $200 extra.)

Equipment Install

Your on-hold messaging phone system will need an on hold messaging device that runs 24/7 and won't break down. Hold Time Studios has it - with a five year warranty. Will it work on your phone system? You bet – take a look at our installation page (link here) for specifics. An I.T. Manager or telephone tech will come in handy here... we'd be happy to coordinate with them to get your messaging on hold rolling!
