Installation is your responsibility, and while most commercial grade systems are plug n' play, we highly recommend using a tech who is familiar with your phone system.

Music on hold players
If you need a music on hold player, we provide two depending on the package that best fits your needs. Music On Hold Packages
The USB Messenger is a simple thumbdrive, solid state player that is easy to update with new productions using an .mp3 sent to you via email. The USB Messenger is best for clients that need just the occasional production.
Our Gold and Diamond clients receive new productions on a schedule, we use the NET 7000 internet-loaded player as part of the convenience and quality Hold Time Studios provides to clients we work with regularly.
